El plazo vence el 31 de enero de 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Santo Domingo, RD.<\/strong> \u2013 La Direcci\u00f3n General de Impuestos Internos (DGII) anunci\u00f3 un ajuste en las tarifas del Impuesto de Circulaci\u00f3n Vehicular, conocido como marbete, cuya temporada de renovaci\u00f3n 2026-2027 comenzar\u00e1 este jueves 29 de octubre y se extender\u00e1 hasta el domingo 31 de enero de 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con las nuevas tarifas, los propietarios de veh\u00edculos fabricados hasta el a\u00f1o 2021 deber\u00e1n pagar RD$2,000, mientras que aquellos con unidades fabricadas desde 2022 en adelante tendr\u00e1n que desembolsar RD$4,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La actualizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 contemplada en la Resoluci\u00f3n Administrativa n\u00fam. DDG-AR1-2026-00009, del 29 de octubre de 2026. Seg\u00fan la DGII, los montos anteriores se manten\u00edan desde 2016, per\u00edodo durante el cual la inflaci\u00f3n acumulada alcanz\u00f3 un 58.1 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ajuste representa un incremento de RD$500 para los veh\u00edculos del primer grupo y de RD$1,000 para los del segundo, equivalente a un aumento del 33.3 % en ambos casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La entidad explic\u00f3 que el esquema de tarifas fijas se mantiene como una alternativa de menor carga econ\u00f3mica frente al cobro del impuesto equivalente al 1 % del valor del veh\u00edculo, establecido en el art\u00edculo 15 de la Ley n\u00fam. 253-12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DGII proyecta recaudar RD$4,700 millones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con las estimaciones de la instituci\u00f3n, la actualizaci\u00f3n de las tarifas permitir\u00eda aumentar los ingresos por concepto del marbete de aproximadamente RD$3,525 millones a RD$4,700 millones durante la temporada 2026-2027, lo que supondr\u00eda una recaudaci\u00f3n adicional de RD$1,175 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La DGII se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estos recursos contribuir\u00edan al fortalecimiento de las finanzas p\u00fablicas y a la atenci\u00f3n de las prioridades presupuestarias nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfD\u00f3nde y hasta cu\u00e1ndo se puede renovar?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para esta temporada, la DGII habilitar\u00e1 la renovaci\u00f3n para un total de 2,136,468 veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los contribuyentes podr\u00e1n realizar el tr\u00e1mite a trav\u00e9s de 55 entidades financieras, con 845 sucursales en todo el pa\u00eds, adem\u00e1s de las colectur\u00edas de la DGII ubicadas en Villa V\u00e1squez, provincia Montecristi, y S\u00e1nchez, provincia Saman\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1 disponible la renovaci\u00f3n por internet, a trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dgii.gov.do\/\"><strong>www.dgii.gov.do<\/strong><\/a>, y mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n DGII M\u00f3vil, hasta el domingo 17 de enero de 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para realizar el procedimiento, se requiere una copia legible, actualizada y en buen estado de la matr\u00edcula del veh\u00edculo, tanto para las gestiones en los puntos habilitados como para retirar los pedidos realizados por internet o la aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fecha l\u00edmite general para renovar ser\u00e1 el 31 de enero de 2027. La instituci\u00f3n exhort\u00f3 a los propietarios a cumplir dentro del per\u00edodo establecido para evitar las sanciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Multas por renovar fuera de plazo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La DGII inform\u00f3 que se mantienen las siguientes sanciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>RD$2,000:<\/strong> recargo para los veh\u00edculos que no renueven dentro del plazo correspondiente a la temporada 2026-2027.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RD$2,100:<\/strong> para veh\u00edculos que no renovaron el marbete 2025-2026, incluidos RD$2,000 por sanci\u00f3n y RD$100 por cesaci\u00f3n administrativa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RD$3,100:<\/strong> para veh\u00edculos que no renovaron en la temporada 2024-2025 y a\u00f1os anteriores, correspondientes a RD$3,000 por sanci\u00f3n y RD$100 por cesaci\u00f3n administrativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los contribuyentes pueden consultar la resoluci\u00f3n, los requisitos, las tarifas y los puntos habilitados en el portal oficial <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dgii.gov.do\/\">www.dgii.gov.do<\/a>.
