y Justicia (FINJUS), Servio Tulio Casta\u00f1os Guzm\u00e1n, destac\u00f3 hoy el papel fundamental de la educaci\u00f3n en el proceso de reforma, modernizaci\u00f3n y transformaci\u00f3n de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, durante una conferencia impartida en el Instituto Policial de Educaci\u00f3n Superior (IPES).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La actividad acad\u00e9mica, titulada \u201cIncidencia de la Educaci\u00f3n Policial en Proceso de Reforma, Modernizaci\u00f3n y Transformaci\u00f3n Policial\u201d, cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 101 miembros de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, oficiales superiores y subalternos, quienes cursan la maestr\u00eda en Direcci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica de la Seguridad Ciudadana y las Especialidades en Gerencia Policial y Seguridad Ciudadana, en la Escuela de Altos Estudios Policiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la actividad estuvieron presentes el rector del IPES, general Juan Hilario Guzm\u00e1n Badia; el vicerrector administrativo y financiero, coronel Rafael Feliz Mart\u00ednez; la vicerrectora de Investigaci\u00f3n, Extensi\u00f3n y Postgrado, asimilada militar Fanny Torres Rosario, as\u00ed como el director de la Escuela de Altos Estudios Policiales, coronel Erogue Rosario Fortuna, entre otras autoridades acad\u00e9micas y policiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las palabras de bienvenida estuvieron a cargo del rector del IPES, general Juan Hilario Guzm\u00e1n Badia, quien destac\u00f3 la trayectoria de Servio Tulio y sus aportes al fortalecimiento de la formaci\u00f3n continua y el desarrollo profesional de los miembros de la Polic\u00eda Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el desarrollo de la conferencia, el expositor Servio Tulio Casta\u00f1os Guzm\u00e1n abord\u00f3 la incidencia de la educaci\u00f3n policial como herramienta estrat\u00e9gica para fortalecer la profesionalizaci\u00f3n, los valores institucionales y las capacidades del personal policial, en consonancia con los objetivos del proceso de reforma institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese escenario, los participantes tuvieron la oportunidad de interactuar con el vicepresidente de FINJUS, demostrando inter\u00e9s y compromiso con los temas abordados, as\u00ed como con el fortalecimiento de sus competencias en el \u00e1mbito de la seguridad ciudadana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La actividad concluy\u00f3 en un ambiente de alto nivel acad\u00e9mico, reafirmando el compromiso institucional de la Polic\u00eda Nacional con el fortalecimiento de la educaci\u00f3n policial como eje fundamental del proceso de cambio institucional, agradeciendo la participaci\u00f3n
