{"id":6110,"date":"2025-08-26T10:42:06","date_gmt":"2025-08-26T14:42:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/?p=6110"},"modified":"2025-08-26T10:42:07","modified_gmt":"2025-08-26T14:42:07","slug":"intrant-llama-a-transportistas-de-carga-a-circular-por-el-carril-derecho-en-autopistas-y-carreteras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/index.php\/2025\/08\/26\/intrant-llama-a-transportistas-de-carga-a-circular-por-el-carril-derecho-en-autopistas-y-carreteras\/","title":{"rendered":"INTRANT llama a transportistas de carga a circular por el carril derecho en autopistas y carreteras"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>La medida busca ordenar el tr\u00e1nsito, reducir accidentes y garantizar mayor fluidez en las v\u00edas\u00a0<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pinceldigital.do\/author\/bitacoraglobal\/\"><\/a><strong>Santo Domingo<\/strong>. \u2013 El Instituto Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte Terrestre (INTRANT) exhort\u00f3 a los conductores de veh\u00edculos de carga a circular de manera obligatoria por el carril derecho en todas las autopistas y carreteras del pa\u00eds, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en la Ley 63-17 de Movilidad, Transporte Terrestre, Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La disposici\u00f3n busca ordenar el tr\u00e1nsito, reducir riesgos de accidentes y garantizar mayor fluidez en las v\u00edas, evitando que estos veh\u00edculos obstaculicen los carriles de adelantamiento o de mayor velocidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El director ejecutivo del INTRANT, Milton Morrison, destac\u00f3 la relevancia de esta pr\u00e1ctica para la seguridad vial:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos trabajando para que el transporte de carga sea m\u00e1s seguro y eficiente. Circular a la derecha no es solo un mandato de la Ley 63-17, es una pr\u00e1ctica que salva vidas y contribuye a un tr\u00e1nsito m\u00e1s organizado y justo para todos. Este es un compromiso con la seguridad de la ciudadan\u00eda y con el desarrollo del pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El INTRANT record\u00f3 que los veh\u00edculos de carga solo podr\u00e1n utilizar otros carriles en casos de adelantamiento permitido y que la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte Terrestre (DIGESETT) est\u00e1 facultada para fiscalizar y sancionar a quienes incumplan con esta disposici\u00f3n, conforme a lo establecido por la normativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este llamado, el organismo reafirma su compromiso de fortalecer la seguridad vial y promover
