Posee amplia experiencia en reforma y modernizaci\u00f3n policial con \u00e9nfasis en redise\u00f1o de sistemas de carrera, disciplina y modelos de educaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como&nbsp;<strong>entrenamiento policial bajo est\u00e1ndares profesionales<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garc\u00eda Hern\u00e1ndez es egresado de&nbsp;<strong>Derecho<\/strong>&nbsp;de la Universidad La Gran Colombia, con especialidad en<strong>&nbsp;Administraci\u00f3n Policial<\/strong>&nbsp;por la Facultad de Administraci\u00f3n Policial de la Polic\u00eda Nacional de Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, cuenta con estudios como profesional en&nbsp;<strong>Criminal\u00edstica<\/strong>&nbsp;por la Facultad de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal de la Polic\u00eda Nacional de Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n posee estudios en&nbsp;<strong>Gesti\u00f3n P\u00fablica<\/strong>&nbsp;por la Universidad de los Andes y especializaci\u00f3n en&nbsp;<strong>Seguridad e<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal<\/strong>&nbsp;por la Escuela de Posgrados de la Polic\u00eda Nacional de Colombia.
