{"id":553,"date":"2024-01-25T16:40:06","date_gmt":"2024-01-25T20:40:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/?p=553"},"modified":"2024-01-25T16:40:06","modified_gmt":"2024-01-25T20:40:06","slug":"gobierno-inaugura-embalse-de-la-presa-montegrande","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/index.php\/2024\/01\/25\/gobierno-inaugura-embalse-de-la-presa-montegrande\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno inaugura embalse de la Presa Montegrande"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>AZUA.- El Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Luis Abinader, marc\u00f3 un hito al entregar en funcionamiento el embalse de la Presa Montegrande, ubicada en la zona lim\u00edtrofe de las provincias Azua y Barahona, ejecutada por el Instituto Nacional de Recursos Hidr\u00e1ulicos (INDRHI) bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Olmedo Caba Romano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La obra iniciada en la pasada administraci\u00f3n del Estado se concluy\u00f3 ante el compromiso de continuidad asumido por la actual gesti\u00f3n gubernamental, quien declar\u00f3 el proyecto como prioritario para el desarrollo del Suroeste en febrero de 2022, disponiendo su pronta culminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su intervenci\u00f3n, el presidente Abinader manifest\u00f3 que al asumir el gobierno no exist\u00edan dise\u00f1os ni planificaci\u00f3n para las obras complementarias de la presa Montegrande, destacando que ya se encuentran presupuestadas en US$336,000,0000 y que su fase inicial ya se contempla en el presupuesto de este a\u00f1o, incluyendo la l\u00ednea de conducci\u00f3n para el acueducto ASURO y generaci\u00f3n hidroel\u00e9ctrica, canales y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de diques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El embalse posee una capacidad de almacenamiento de m\u00e1s de 350 millones de metros c\u00fabicos de agua y su muro posee 2.2 kil\u00f3metros de longitud, que con su n\u00facleo de asfalto se convierte en el m\u00e1s seguro de todo el Caribe; esencial para mitigar historias inundaciones en comunidades de la cuenca baja del r\u00edo Yaque del Sur como Jaquimeyes, Uvilla, Tamayo, Palo Alto, Crist\u00f3bal y otras de las provincias Barahona, Bahoruco e Independencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la inauguraci\u00f3n, Caba Romano indic\u00f3 que para el abastecimiento del acueducto ASURO se plante\u00f3 inicialmente un caudal de 2 metros c\u00fabicos por segundo, y que al ser evaluado por el presidente Luis Abinader realizaron estudios y dise\u00f1o para aumentarlo a 3.5 metros c\u00fabicos por segundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"792\" src=\"https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG-20240125-WA0023-1024x792.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-549\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG-20240125-WA0023-1024x792.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG-20240125-WA0023-300x232.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG-20240125-WA0023-768x594.jpg 768w, https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG-20240125-WA0023-1536x1188.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG-20240125-WA0023.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presa Montegrande es un complejo hidr\u00e1ulico integral financiado por el Banco Centroamericano de Integraci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica (BCIE) y una contrapartida gubernamental, que contempla la irrigaci\u00f3n en m\u00e1s de 350 mil tareas en las respectivas provincias, la garant\u00eda&nbsp; del suministro de agua potable a trav\u00e9s del Acueducto del Suroeste y la generaci\u00f3n hidroel\u00e9ctrica con capacidad de 13.3 megawatts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tan esperada obra hidr\u00e1ulica operar\u00e1 de manera combinada con las presas de Sabana Yegua y de Sabaneta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta obra, proyectada como catalizador significativo para elevar las condiciones de vida en la regi\u00f3n, su componente social fue entregado en febrero del pasado a\u00f1o, donde 390 familias fueron reubicadas en el centro poblado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG-20240125-WA0019-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-554\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG-20240125-WA0019-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG-20240125-WA0019-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG-20240125-WA0019-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG-20240125-WA0019-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG-20240125-WA0019-2048x1366.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/bombazoinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/IMG-20240125-WA0019-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El masivo evento se realiz\u00f3 en las inmediaciones del embalse y cont\u00f3 con la presencia de autoridades nacionales, provinciales y municipales, as\u00ed como de regantes y comunitarios de las zonas beneficiadas.
