el director de Participaci\u00f3n Popular,&nbsp;<strong>Josu\u00e9 G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, y el encargado del Departamento de Carnaval,&nbsp;<strong>Jos\u00e9 Miguel Llaver\u00edas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El festejo m\u00e1s importante de la&nbsp;<strong>cultura popular<\/strong>&nbsp;dar\u00e1 inicio a las&nbsp;<strong>2:00 de la tarde<\/strong>&nbsp;y contar\u00e1 con un amplio&nbsp;<strong>despliegue de seguridad<\/strong>, a fin de garantizar que todos los asistentes disfruten de lo mejor de los diversos&nbsp;<strong>carnavales del pa\u00eds<\/strong>&nbsp;en un solo evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.presidencia.gob.do\/sites\/default\/files\/inline-images\/IMG_5455_0.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Este a\u00f1o,&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e1s de 150 comparsas<\/strong>&nbsp;de todo el pa\u00eds llenar\u00e1n de esplendor esta gran fiesta, y estar\u00e1n compitiendo&nbsp;<strong>por 5 millones de pesos en premios<\/strong>, en m\u00e1s de una decena de categor\u00edas en los diferentes premios que se entregan a las&nbsp;<strong>mejores comparsas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el ministro dio a conocer que el Desfile Nacional de Carnaval estar\u00e1 dedicado a la&nbsp;<strong>provincia de San Crist\u00f3bal<\/strong>, en reconocimiento a su rico&nbsp;<strong>patrimonio cultural<\/strong>&nbsp;y por poseer un carnaval en ascenso que ha sido merecedor de numerosos premios en las \u00faltimas ediciones de esta popular celebraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salcedo revel\u00f3 que \u201c<em>como un aporte a la cultura y sin ning\u00fan costo\u201d,<\/em>&nbsp;el Desfile Nacional de Carnaval 2025, ser\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>transmitido en vivo<\/strong>&nbsp;a trav\u00e9s del programa M\u00e1s Roberto, por el canal 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El rey del carnaval ser\u00e1 el&nbsp;<strong>artista y dise\u00f1ador Luis Rivas<\/strong>, en tanto que la&nbsp;<strong>comunicadora Jatnna Tav\u00e1rez<\/strong>&nbsp;ser\u00e1 la reina de la festividad, anunci\u00f3 el titular de Cultura, al tiempo que resalt\u00f3 los m\u00e9ritos de ambos, quienes fueron escogidos el a\u00f1o pasado y&nbsp;<strong>ratificados para esta edici\u00f3n<\/strong>, debido a la suspensi\u00f3n del desfile en 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.presidencia.gob.do\/sites\/default\/files\/inline-images\/IMG_5457_0.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anuncio de premios<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual forma, se anunci\u00f3 al arquitecto&nbsp;<strong>Orlando Ysaias Lora Pacheco<\/strong>, como ganador del&nbsp;<strong>Premio Felipe Abreu al M\u00e9rito,&nbsp;<\/strong>del Carnaval Dominicano 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se anunci\u00f3 a los ganadores del&nbsp;<strong>Premio Anual Luis D\u00edas de M\u00fasica,&nbsp;<\/strong>del Carnaval Dominicano correspondiente a la edici\u00f3n 2025, en los que se distinguen&nbsp;<strong>obras musicales in\u00e9ditas y de calidad<\/strong>&nbsp;que incluyan m\u00fasica, instrumentos, ritmos y melod\u00edas&nbsp;<strong>de \u00edndole carnavalesca,<\/strong>&nbsp;y que supongan un aporte&nbsp;<strong>destacado e innovador<\/strong>&nbsp;a esta celebraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta categor\u00eda los ganadores fueron: en primer lugar,&nbsp;<strong>Alexis de Pe\u00f1a,<\/strong>&nbsp;con el tema \u201cPal Carnaval\u201d;
