nuevos empleos directos e indirectos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Santo Domingo. &#8211;&nbsp; El Fondo Especial para el Desarrollo Agropecuario (FEDA) y el Consejo Nacional de Promoci\u00f3n y Apoyo a la Micro, Mediana y Peque\u00f1a Empresa (PROMIPYME) suscribieron este mi\u00e9rcoles un convenio en el que se comprometen a impulsar la creaci\u00f3n de un fondo especializado de diez millones de pesos para sustentar el Plan Nacional del Relanzamiento del Sector Agr\u00edcola y Pecuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de incrementar la producci\u00f3n del sector acu\u00edcola, para garantizar la seguridad alimentaria y aumentar la oferta de prote\u00edna de origen animal, como respuesta a la creciente demanda de la poblaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds y generar excedentes exportables, los directores Hecmilio Galv\u00e1n Ortiz, del FEDA, y Fabricio G\u00f3mez Mazara, de PROMIPYME firmaron el acuerdo en la sede de esta \u00faltima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para conformar el fondo, el FEDA aportar\u00e1 a PROMIPYME un monto inicial de diez millones de pesos, para ser financiados a una tasa de inter\u00e9s de referencia de un ocho (8%) anual, para el programa acu\u00edcola, pudiendo PROMIPYME otorgar un per\u00edodo de gracia de seis (06) meses y cuotas semestrales por la naturaleza de la actividad comercial, puesta en operaci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n; como tambi\u00e9n el tiempo de retorno de los recursos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto que, PROMIPYME ser\u00e1 la entidad financiera responsable de colocar, administrar, recuperar y cubrir el riesgo crediticio de los pr\u00e9stamos otorgados a trav\u00e9s de este fondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa conjunta beneficiar\u00e1 a 350 productores acu\u00edcolas y agropecuarios, de los que se proyecta la generaci\u00f3n de 1,900 nuevos empleos directos e indirectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hecmilio Galv\u00e1n apunt\u00f3, sobre la pertinencia del acuerdo, que el FEDA tiene como misi\u00f3n la de financiar micro y peque\u00f1as empresas de acumulaci\u00f3n, para impulsar las transformaciones productivas y sociales en el \u00e1mbito rural, mediante proyectos rentables y sostenibles, que generen empleos e ingresos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste tipo de acuerdo no solamente es para producir productos, tambi\u00e9n es para levantar sectores, y gracias al esfuerzo de los acuicultores y del FEDA, est\u00e1 motivada la producci\u00f3n, especialmente de tilapia; y en cualquier lugar del pa\u00eds tenemos productores que tienen esperanza, gracias al apoyo del presidente Luis Abinader con este plan y a Promipyme con quien trabajaremos juntos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acuerdo Busca contribuir al fortalecimiento de la nueva econom\u00eda rural y las pol\u00edticas de seguridad alimentaria, reducci\u00f3n de la pobreza y elevaci\u00f3n de los niveles de bienestar de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, G\u00f3mez Mazara asegur\u00f3 que desde PROMIPYME procurar\u00e1n que se incremente la producci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola y pecuaria propuesta por el FEDA, brindando capacitaci\u00f3n, asesor\u00eda t\u00e9cnica y financiera para elevar el nivel de los productores agr\u00edcola y pecuarios del todo el pa\u00eds, acorde con la tendencia de las actividades de la crianza de piscicultura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" rol de Promipyme, dijo existe una real sinergia con el FEDA, ya que no es \u201ccasual\u201d, sino que responde a un dise\u00f1o institucional por parte del presidente Luis Abinader., explic\u00f3 que todo lo relacionado al tema t\u00e9cnico para formar a los acuicultores empezar\u00e1 en el Feda, y con Promipyme por la parte de educaci\u00f3n financiera, es decir, \u201cnosotros estamos apoyando financieramente el tejido productivo nacional\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PROMIPYME&nbsp; tiene como objetivo promover la eficiencia, modernizaci\u00f3n y crecimiento de las micros, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas, a fin de potenciar la generaci\u00f3n de empleos y mejorar la calidad de vida de los sectores de bajos y medianos ingresos, fortaleciendo la competitividad del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas las actividades dirigidas a disminuir la pobreza y mejorar las condiciones de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n, garantizando la permanencia y sostenibilidad de todas las ejecutorias que se realicen en favor del desarrollo de los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables, en este sentido, son de alto inter\u00e9s para el Estado Dominicano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la firma de tan
