Se propone aumentar el impuesto espec\u00edfico de 724.12 a 840 pesos por litro de alcohol absoluto, afectando directamente los precios de las bebidas con mayor contenido alcoh\u00f3lico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el aumento de la tasa Ad-Valorem: se busca incrementar esta tasa de 10 % al 11 %, incrementando la carga fiscal para productores e importadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este planteamiento, la Asociaci\u00f3n Dominicana de Productores de Ron (Adopron) rechaza estos aumentos, argumentando que resultar\u00e1n en una carga tributaria del 52 % para el ron dominicano, con un impacto a\u00fan mayor en el segmento de bajo precio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Circe Alm\u00e1nzar, portavoz de Adopron, advirti\u00f3 que esto podr\u00eda generar un aumento en el mercado il\u00edcito y afectar a los consumidores de menor poder adquisitivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abCualquier incremento adicional, como el que propone elevar el Impuesto Selectivo al Consumo (ISC) Espec\u00edfico, generar\u00eda un efecto nocivo, particularmente en los consumidores de menor poder adquisitivo\u00bb, afirm\u00f3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apunt\u00f3 que los productores de ron no est\u00e1n solicitando incentivos; est\u00e1n pidiendo equidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLa industria del ron dominicano es un motor de divisas y empleo que contribuye significativamente a nuestra econom\u00eda y nuestra identidad nacional.
